From most of Mission Viejo, Alicia Pkwy or Oso Pkwy west to Moulton Pkwy, then a right onto El Toro Rd or Peralta Dr gets you to Iconic at 23221 Peralta Dr, Suite H. From the south end of the city, Crown Valley Pkwy to the I-5 north and exit El Toro Rd. Either way it's a short surface-street trip.
